Locks, keys and straight answers
We live where we work, which changes how we work. The person whose front door we rekey today might be behind us in the grocery line tomorrow. That keeps us honest in the small ways that matter: showing up when we said, explaining what a job involves and why, admitting when a lock is fine and just needs a drop of lubricant.
It also means we know the housing around here, the older doors and the new builds, the strip-mall back entrances and the cars that fill the commuter lots. Local knowledge is not a slogan for us. It is simply the result of years spent opening, fixing and fitting the doors around us.

Homes and businesses, one call.
Many of our visits end without a new lock being sold, and we consider those good visits. A cylinder cleaned and re-lubricated, a strike shimmed, a hinge screw tightened, a key cut fresh from code: small work that makes a door feel new again. We are happy to replace hardware when it has worn out, but we would rather show you it has not.
The key you reach for. The door you come home to. Good locksmith work begins with understanding how you use them.

- No surprises on the doorstep. What we described on the phone is what we plan to do. If the door tells us something different when we see it, we stop and talk before going further.
- Helping you choose well. Hardware ranges from basic to heavy-duty and simple to electronic. We explain the differences that actually matter for your door and leave the choice with you.
- Neat work, neatly finished. Holes drilled cleanly, hardware aligned, nothing crooked or forced. A lock should look like it belongs on the door, and we take the time to make sure it does.
How a visit goes
Describe the property, the hardware and what has changed, and the visit starts from what you have seen.

01
A short conversation first
You tell us what is happening with the door, who has keys and what you would like to be different afterwards. We ask a few questions so we arrive with the right parts.

02
A proper look at the door
We check how the door hangs, how the latch meets the strike and what the cylinder is doing before deciding anything. Then we explain what we found in plain words.

03
The work, then a walkthrough
We do the job we agreed, test every key and every position of the lock, tidy up and show you how it works before we leave.
